Jourdan Dunn On Diversity

"A lot of people are scared to speak up."
Jourdan Dunn proves once more that she's one of the raddest models out, by talking about diversity in fashion again. It's her favourite subject, and why wouldn't it be? In the past the cooking sensation has talked about racial discrimination, but recently she's been talking about tokenism with Miss Vogue UK.
As the 23-year-old British model and humorous cook said, "I don't know why people applaud designers for having just one ethnic model. It's not like only one type of woman loves fashion," adding, "I find it weird when agents say, "You're the only black girl booked for the show. Isn't it great?' Why is it great?"
The single mother continues, "I want to talk about what goes on. A lot of people are scared to speak up." But not our Jourdan. She (along with her mates Joan Smalls and Chanel Iman) is all about that outspoken life.
