Rihanna Launches College Scholarship Program, Is A True Queen

Way back in 2012, Rihanna launched the Clara Lionel Foundation — a nonprofit that "works to improve the quality of life for communities globally in the areas of health, education, arts, and culture." Today she announced they'd be doing even more legendary things.
The foundation has now started a global scholarship program that will provide entire college scholarships — awarded up to $50,000, and renewed for three years or until a bachelor's degree is reached — to students in Barbados, Brazil, Cuba, Haiti, Guyana, Jamaica, and the United States.
In a statement, Rihanna said "To be able to give the gift of an education is actually an honor. Higher education will help provide perspective, opportunities and learning to a group of kids who really deserve it. I am thrilled to be able to do this." What a full blown champ.
Watch the clip below, wherein Riri talks about the foundation and its scholarship.
