Social Snaps: Diesel Melbourne Launch

Shop 'til you drop.

Last week, we shared an Oyster Playlist made especially for us by Diesel's formidable artistic director, Nicola Formichetti. He's been busy giving the cult label a full-blown reboot and the results are on point. True to the fashion and lifestyle brand's DNA and working closely with Diesel founder Renzo Rosso, Formichetti has re-invigorated the steezy modern luxury the brand's known for, and nowhere is that more apparent than in the new boutique's internationally designed, Italian-made fit out.

Now the label's new store at 1A 268 Flinders Lane in Melbourne is officially open and it's also pretty damn great. How do we know? We were there — sipping on some delicious Patron and elderflower cocktails and Peroni. So was photographer Jamie Wdziekonksi, who documented the night. See it all above, including their huge range of Italian-made denim, menswear and womenswear — all of which follow the international seasons. Blazing its own trail even via storefronts, the Melbourne shop is decked out in black, urban fencing, blue lights and sick merchandise. Get down there!
